Annual Financial Report

A school district must submit a copy of the Annual Financial and Compliance Report with accompanying audit reports (and accompanying management letter, if applicable) to the Division of School Financial Audits of TEA no later than 150 days after the close of the fiscal year. This requirement is established by law (Section 44.008, Texas Education Code) and, therefore, cannot be waived by TEA.
