We are excited to announce that Randolph Field Independent School District has adopted a new form of school-to-home and home-to-school communication called ParentSquare. This unified communication platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and to encourage greater engagement and connection with the campuses and the district as a whole.
It provides a safe way for district leaders, school administrators, teachers, staff, and parents to:
*Send and receive school and class information
*Share pictures and files
*See calendar items
*Sign up to volunteer
*Schedule parent-teacher conferences
*And much more…all in one centralized place.

As we implement this new communication tool throughout RFISD, our goal is that ALL district, school, grade level, and classroom information, with very few exceptions, will now be sent to you via ParentSquare, which you can view on your computer or phone using email or text message. For even more convenience, you can download the free ParentSquare app (available for iOS and Android devices).
Additionally, we will be implementing StudentSquare in place of previously used communication apps such as Remind. Feel free to check out the following informational videos for students by clicking here or here.
We understand that it may take a little bit of time to adjust to this new way of communicating, but we will have a ParentSquare information table set-up at the Randolph Middle School Ro-Hawk Return on 8/6/24, at the Randolph High School Ro-Hawk Return on 8/7/24, at the Randolph Elementary School Kinder Round-Up on 8/9/24, and at the Randolph Elementary School Meet the Teacher on 8/12/24. You don’t have to wait until then to get logged in and set-up, but please stop by the table if you have any questions (or just want to say hello)!
